Here below you‘ll find some valuable information about ordering, payment options, shipment costs and delivery times, return policy, sizing and fitting and other answers to questions you may have. If you don‘t find the information you need in here please click here to send us an email with your enquiry. Emails are answered in order of arrival within 24 hours.

How to order: When you find a model you wish to order please click on the link to order in the item‘s description to send us an email. In this email please specify the size and color you wish and we will reply with a confirmation of its availability. If a model is not currently available in the size/ color you wish we will notify you with other options. Currently we carry all models presented in our online catalogue but sizes and colors may be at different times out of stock for immediate delivery.

Sizing and fitting: Arcopedico shoes come only in full European sizes. To have an idea of a fitting of a size please click here to view our fitting chart. Please understand that these are approximate measurements and tiny little differences may exist between two shoes of the same size. If you wish to enquire about the fitting of a shoe to specific feet width or form please do so by sending us an email directly from the model‘s description and we will assist you gladly.

Colors: All our shoes come in 2 or more colors. To see in which colors a shoe is available please read description of the model that interests you. At the end of each description you‘ll find a small picture with the colors we carry in that model. Please note that due to differences in each computer‘s screen settings colors may be slightly lighter or darker in reality.

Payment options: We accept pre-payment of orders per Paypal or per bank transfer. Please inform us when you do your order how you wish to pay it and we‘ll send you an invoice per Paypal or give you our bank coordinates. Please note that shipment of your order follows 24 hours ( from monday to friday) after payment per Paypal or as soon as your payment per bank transfer gets confirmed in our account ( this may take up to 4 business days).

What is Paypal?: Paypal is a safe way to pay for your purchases online. If you don‘t have an account you may open one free at any time at : All financial information you share with Paypal, i.e. credit / debit card or bank information stays confidential and secured by Paypal‘s security system. When you purchase an item online and pay it with Paypal none of your sensitive information is shared with the company you buy from, except of course the name and delivery address for the shipment of the goods.

Shipment costs: Shipment is free within Austria. All orders are shipped per registered mail with a tracking number that will be provided to you when your packet is shipped.

Delivery times: Packets in Austria are delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that this is a Post estimate, not a guarantee. Packets may take longer to arrive around the Holiday seasons, or due to other unforeseen circumstances. If you are worried your packet is late please contact us here and we will enquire for you at our Post. You may also enquire at your Post office with the tracking number we will provide you with.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your order within 14 days since delivery ( date the Post office confirms you have received the goods). To do so please click here to send us an email with the information of the model/ size/ color you wish to return and if you prefer other color/ size or model to replace it. Please inform us always before returning the article so we are ready to proceed with the refund. Returns are accepted under the following conditions without exception:

1- Shoes must be unworn and in original condition as it was shipped to client.

2- Shoes must be returned in original shoe box.

3- Return shipment costs are to be paid fully by client and are not refundable.

4- Return shipment must be per registered mail with a tracking number. Client must provide Arcopedico per email: the tracking number of the returned packet. This proves shipment of the returning goods.

5- When returned packet arrives we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the shoe in form of a shop credit. This credit is to be used by client within one year since its issue for the purchase of another model or in the impossibility of it, a new extended date may be negotiated between client and  as both parts will find suitable.

Personal data: At Arcopedico we treasure the right to privacy everyone is entitled to. All information you may share with us remains entirely confidential and we pledge to not share it with anyone else. Your name, email and any other information we may receive from you for the purpose of your purchase shall not be used for any other purpose nor with any other party. You may subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter anytime you wish so. We understand that in our modern era of internet we all are too often bombarded with advertising that spams our emails and have therefore decided to send out our Newsletter not more often than 12 times a year. You may also follow us on Facebook where we‘ll publish all our news and photos of new models to stay up-to-date.

Security: At we don‘t handle with financial sensitive data ( such as credit cards) so your security is not at risk when you decide to make a purchase. If you make a payment per Paypal, all the financial information is shared between you and Paypal, which guarantees you full insurance for your payment against fraud. For extra security don‘t click on links that direct you to Paypal, instead open a new page on your browser and type-in the Paypal website: and log in as usual. If you have received an invoice from us you‘ll find it in there to pay. After payment you‘ll receive an email from us confirming your payment has been received and your order is being shipped within 24 hours.

Suggestions: We at strive to excellent service and bringing you the most comfortable footwear solutions but of course, we remain interested in hearing feedback from our clients in whatever they find relevant to improve our work. If you wish to send us your feedback to a shoe you have bought from us, or about our customer service we‘ll gladly take it.
